Honey was shown in AQHA and Open Shows and earned points as a 2 & 3 Yr old in Novice Amateur Showmanship, Amateur Halter, Open Halter, Novice Amateur Horsemanship, and Novice & Amateur Western Pleasure. She had a nice looking colt on 3/2/04 (picture on our foal page) by Barlnk Hazbentufmacho. This proved to be a great cross with the colt earning money in 3 out of 4 futurities entered in 2004. Fancy, tall APHA/AQHA BS filly born on 3/17/05 with gorgeous head and two hind white socks. She won the NWCC Late Weanling Filly Futurity at Zone One, her first show ,and placed 7th overall in the OPHB/TCF open mid weanling filly futurity, while being the youngest one of 22 in her class. Honey had a cute faced, tall, chestnut APHA/AQHA BS filly with blaze face and two white socks, on March 17th, 2006. Lily tied for Reserve Champion in the Hell's Canyon Late Filly Futurity and was a money earner. She was Reserve Champion in the NWCC Late Filly Futurity at Zone One and was a money earner. Lily placed 3rd Overall in the OPHB/TCF Non-Pro Late Filly Futurity and the Open Mid Filly Futurity at Eugene and was a money earner. Honey was left open in 2006 to breed back to Sonny early in 2007. Honey had a cute, tall, sorrel, APHA/AQHA Solid Paint Bred/BS filly with two hind white socks on January 30, 2008. She is eligible for all of the Northwest Futurities. Sold at the Hermiston Horse Sale in July 2008.

Due to reducing our broodmares, we sold Honey at the Hermiston Horse Sale in June 2008 to Laura Miners.

Sun Country Honey foaled on Friday, February 6th, in Baker City, Oregon. We went to see the palomino filly when she was 10 days old and she is a beautiful girl. She was such a light color so it was hard to tell if she has any white spots or not. She did have a white face with eyeliner around both eyes. She also has 3 white socks and it looked like she might have two blue eyes. We are hoping for a white spot somewhere when she gets a little darker. She will be shown in the NWSSA as our stallion owner futurity entry, the NWCC futurity at Zone One, the PNPHC weanling filly futurity, the Oregon Bred weanling filly futurity, and the OPHB/TCF Open and Non-Pro futurities.

Sassy is a classy filly that will make a great cross with our stallion Barlnk Hazbentufmacho. She earned 4 Points in Breeding Stock Mares at her first show. She is very gentle, a beautiful mover, and will have the size to be a great broodmare. Picture taken on 8/23/03. Sassy had 90 days of training put on her by a professional trainer and is broke to ride. She is a nice mare with a great attitude. Sassy had a BS filly on January 26th at 10:30 AM. She is a cute foal that has a white face like her dam and 3 white socks. Pictures on our foal page.

Sassy had a sorrel colt with a white face and four white socks at 2:30 AM on Monday, Feb. 11th. He is a big, leggy, colt with a beautiful head, neck, and hip. Colt was sold at the Hermiston Horse Sale in July 2008.

Due to reducing our broodmares and show horses, Sassy was sold at the Hermiston Horse Sale in June 2008.
